1)    This agreement is made to protect both the seller and the buyer. The seller is not responsible after 48 hours. If within 48 hours (2 days) of the sale you believe the dog to be sick, you agree to return the dog to us and we will either refund the purchase price or return the dog to you in well condition. If, however, you take the dog to a veterinarian during this period, or incur any expense, the seller shall not be responsible.

2)    It is the intention of FANTA-C BOXERS and LABRADORS to provide you, the pet owner, with the best possible pet. Among the things we breed for are conformation, personality and disposition, giving the owner the best possible representation of the breed. we hope to provide you with a dog that will live a long and healthy life. Therefore, we will replace any dog diagnosed with a congenital* disorder within the first two years of purchase. This will be done as soon as physically possible. FANTA-C BOXERS and LABRADORS will not be responsible for any incurred medical expenses. We strive not to have any inherited disorders, but we can not guarantee against these types of problems.
      NOT COVERED:  Abnormalities/injuries, etc. caused by lack of due care is not cause for replacement/refund. Skin ailments, being common in companion animals, are also not cause for replacement.
Any defects covered under this contract determined to be heredity/genetic, and not from lack of care, will result in breeder replacing the animal with one of equal value.

3)    Due to the inherent nature of Demodex mange in short haired dogs, especially in the boxer, the seller (FANTA-C BOXERS and LABRADORS) is not responsible for this skin condition. FANTA-C BOXERS and LABRADORS has done its best to keep this condition out of its line of boxers, but it may show up from time to time. If the dog has been diagnosed as having generalized Demodex, the dog will be replaced at the discretion of the seller (FANTA-C BOXERS and LABRADORS).

*CONGENITAL:    Any abnormality of structure, deficiency of function, or disease that is present at the time of birth, whether caused by genetic transmission, accident, or infection. The more restrictive term birth defect denotes abnormalities present at birth apart from diseases, such as syphilis, that can attack the child before birth and damage.
